Is that a bad thing? I like the fact that Hakstol & Co. are willing to return the favor and play a series at there home rinks after a team comes and visits us. But UND seems to always return the favor to the non-conference opponent that comes and plays against the Sioux @ the REA.
Much better than Golden Halos to the East of us who don't play a nonconference game outside of there arena(not counting the MSU, Michigan games they play away every other year).
Wow, that is just ridiculous. a $1.8 million dollars for a University President's house? Well maybe NDSU can market that on there university brochures.
And I got a huge laugh reading Tony's post. Really? Your comparing a man's house to a hockey arena?
This thread sure derailed.
Anyways I do believe UND always receives a small allotment of tickets for away game series. I'd suggest posting on the Cornell fan forum asking the best way to get tickets since they would have the best information.
heh, I hope this year people will have a better chance of getting tickets for the Gopher hockey series when trying to purchase through Ticketmaster.com
I'll humbly disagree . To say that Robbie Bina's very unfortunate injury was not something that pushed the 2004-2005 Sioux team to playing in the National Title game then I say ludicrous.
Dunno if this is the right place to ask Jim but with the nickname change now being imminent will this site be having a name change to go along with whatever new nickname that the University of North Dakota adopts?
Wow, the Penguins handed the Capitals a butt-whooping. What a bad way to end a series. The Caps were never in the game.
Looks like I'll be cheering for Toews & the Blackhawks.
Your right, I remember Mike Prpich posting a thread on here thanking the fans after the Fighting Sioux season came to close his senior year.
or was that a phony? or maybe I'm just making it up?
What's wrong with it being an old article? If anything it makes it even more ridiculous with the notion of dynasty in there heads beginning over a year ago.
Anyways, it's just become a running joke on Miami(the whole dynasty thing).
