I can't wait for Robbie to return, but of course every time someone comes near him I'll nearly have a heart attack. Good thing I don't watch a lot of the games on TV. The Bulldogs have a similar situation, with Ryan Geris considering returning. I'll have to be personally restrained from kicking the crap out of anyone who goes after him. Even clean checks are going to scare the heck out of me. It's scary because it can take just one dirty player to hit either one of those guys the wrong way and end their careers or worse.

I can absolutely guarantee that depression does not automatically exclude you from military service. However, with the competitive level of the service academies, that might be a deciding factor in letting him into the school. He could still go on and have a military career, if he wanted to. ROTC, baby!!! Maybe he should just see the light and FLY NAVY!!!!!!

Same here, except I'm not huge and have been a UMD fan since birth. HOWEVER most people don't have any special hatred for the Bulldogs like they do for Wisconsin so it's a little different. It did take a bit for some people to come around and actually believe I was a Sioux fan too, and not just a troll, but does it matter if someone else thinks it's wrong or won't accept you? You cheer for who you want to cheer for, you know in your mind who you're a fan of, and no one else can tell you you aren't. I sound like an after school special. Ugh.

I didn't realize the Fighting Sioux hockey team had been around for over 100 years. However, I did a little research and I discovered that, in their inaugural season in 1896, they had an upstart young beat writer named Patrick C. Miller... I think the Bulldogs are cursed too. It's called "The Curse of Being the Bulldogs Hockey Team Every Year."
