I thought I would look it up for you my friend. According to the UND website All Freshman are required to live on campus. But there is some exceptions. https://und.edu/student-life/housing/about/on-campus-living-requirement.html

I thought it was all freshman regardless had to live in dorms?

Kansas St is FBS!!! So I don't think it's a measure stick to how this year will go. Plus I don't think people would stop following if we lose by 35 or 40.
