3 more. Probably from the CHL, but I’m wondering about Tate Pritchard too. Unless something changes in the portal, you’re better off trying to find some high skilled guys from the CHL than what’s out there. -

Sounds like UND will carry 9 D next year. I’d imagine they work under the 26 man roster limit regardless if they opt into the house settlement as they have for the past 10 years. I’m guessing they bring in Lindberg or a 1 year depth D transfer. With how limited options are in the portal, I think they get 1 more transfer and bring in 3 more freshman for the forward group. -

Not yet. But could also be because the team is switching sponsors with Adidas stopping their production of hockey equipment and jerseys

It’s called an O-1 visa. Elliotte Friedman mentioned it on his podcast when discussing McKenna in college a week or two ago

I should’ve phrased it better. He is an elite college hockey play by play voice. There are not many good ones compared to him. It’s difficult to watch any other broadcast in the conference

If you pay for espn+ for the 6 months that hockey is on, you pay $70. If you pay for NCHC tv for the season, it’s over $100.

You should’ve watched the frozen four and heard Buccigross. Heinert is an elite play by play. Never undersells a goal, no matter which team. Brings energy. The only time the stories get carried away are when Fabian joins him. He’s awful and has told stories over top of goals

No chance UND gets him. It’s been reported that Canadians can get a special visa for “extraordinary athletic ability” to receive NIL. I’m betting McKenna will receive that and a lump sum of money that Mr Bonzer’s can’t afford.

Omaha has the 3rd nicest arena in the conference but maybe one of the worst broadcasts. It’s a joke.

If they bring in a D, it won’t be anybody flashy, just an extra body who shoots right and is more experienced than Komzak from a Sacred Heart or something. Schlossman says it’s likely Schultz, O’Neill, and Simpson all go back to juniors next year so I’d imagine they add 3 more guys from the CHL max, and 2 portal forwards, preferably centers. As it stands, they need to fill 5 spots up front

They return 7 of their top 9 point scorers. And 3 of their top 4 D. Plus an elite starting goalie. They’re gonna be damn good with the additions from the portal they’ve already gotten

Washe is gone. But for now they return Valente - 33 points Michaels - 36 points Slukynsky - 36 points Nehring - 30 points Hakkarainen - 29 Sjolund - 29 Vaisanen - 26 And they have added Whitelaw, Wisdom, and Bookman from the portal

Every team in the conference should be required to have the same level of cameras as UND. Denver is a joke.
