THIS!!! Your O-Line probably has it in the back of their head, "Jeez, I don't want to be too far down field in case we do actually pass it" I didn't play in the Big Ten or the NFL and I know running RPO from the two yard line is the dumbest thing I've ever heard.

It all worked out though, I like our path to Nashville a lot more than South Dakota and SDSU.

The first question that Tom Miller asked he deflected, and essentially put it on Jerry. Saying that we called RPO and Jerry made the read based on the amount of guys in the box. Of course they're going to be outnumbered you're on the 2 f'ing yard line. Call three runs in a row and you score a TD.

Rewatch the first down from the 2, the oline got plenty of push, if Jerry gives it to Sawyer its a TD.

Just don't understand RPO on extremely short yardage downs, you run the risk of ineligible player down field. Maybe I'm "old school" but I think you line up under center and give the ball to your RB. Maybe if Z was healthy that would've been the play call.

My point is trust the offensive line, quit lining up in shotgun when you need a half yard and run the god damn ball.
