Leo Terrel is waiting for you on line 2....but what does a black civil rights attorney know that you don't?
If you seriously believe that Leo Terrell speaks as a voice for the majority of disenfranchised Blacks in our country, you have seriously OD'd on the Fox News Koolaid.
Lol
You've got...nothing.

This doesn't fit the liberal progressive Marxist agenda. But this is a better approach.
So. I show systemic racism and this is going to fix it all.
Laughable. Not the program. Your "solution" to systemic racism. Which seems to ooze from this website.
Again you have nothing.
Nothing.
Stick to UND sports.

maybe in another 60 years some of the cities will realize that voting for the same party for 120 years wasn't that smart..maybe
You obviously failed history. Who did they vote for after the Civil War? hmmm.... When did the Civil Right legislation of the 1960's change conservative Democrats party affiliation and allegience?
JHC, the UND History Department was pathetic...

Poverty.......coronavirus......police brutality......racist policies......drugs.....gang activity.....
You may not want to hear this but all the respones you and others are giving are not excuses for the vacuum of morality within the inner cities of this nation.....which has been perpetuated and enabled by liberal governing polices for decades.
The mayor of Atlanta basically said no one will continue to take this "movement" seriously if "we" as a community keep killing our own. BTW she's black.
My,
Is that from someone coming from "God's Country"? Maybe if they just had a few Jesus Camp's in their neighborhood? Minus, well, the ones that don't fit in.. you know...
Now, who you YOU define as "people"? Take your time...

You best stick to sports, son.

Let me see.
If I walk up to a Native American and greet him/her with, " Hi Redskin! How are you doing?", would that be all okay and fine?
I've never felt the Fighting Sioux nickname was offensive. I dont feel the same way about "Redskins".
Change it.

This rediculous asshat of an opinion Is what happens when kids are not told they are wrong, are coddled and made to understand that all their special little opinions are valid and need to be respected.
More of our educational system needs to be telling these kids that NO their opinion isn't acurate, smacking the stupid out of their parents for supporting such BS, disiplining the sh!theads behavior and making sure they dont get a trophy for coming in 43rd in the three-legged sack race.
Maybe and MAYBE then we could have a real discussion on issues instead of this mindless nonsense they foolishly fall for.
If the media didnt tell these idiots how to think, Id bet they'd be as lost as compass in a magnet factory.
This ridiculous asshat of an opinion Is what happens when kids are not told they are wrong, are coddled and made to understand that all their special little opinions are valid and need to be respected.
Thanks for writing the correct response to your own post.

Well, you must be trying hard also...
BTW, all he stated was fact.

With a retractable roof though?
I think so. Maybe they can sneak a 24,000 seat football stadium between those apartments and businesses.

The plan is apartment style student housing with commercial/restaurant space on the ground floor.

Now, THAT'S funny! LOL

I'm a little confused on what will be there. It says a bidding will take place. Any ideas?
Be nice to see an on campus football stadium..indoor...there. That's probably a pipe dream. Any thoughts on what may be there?

GDP growth for Trump in calendar 2018 and 2019 (before COVID) was 2.4%. If you go back to the start of his term, it averages 2.5%
GDP growth in Obama's 2nd term averaged 2.4%.
The Employment-Population Ratio for those aged 25-54 (one of the better indicators) under the last three years of Obama increased from 76.1% to 78.1% (up 2.0%).
The same ratio under three years of Trump has gone up from 78.1% to 80.4% (up 2.3%).
So, a massive tax cut resulted in almost no extra GDP growth and minimal additional job growth.
50% of American households don't have stock holdings.
Household income growth was up from 2.7% in Obama's final year to 3.1% last year. That is good. But it is also to be expected in a continued tightening labor market. You won't want to hear this, but the same thing would have happened under Hillary.
The fact is that the economy under Obama matches up well against the economy under Trump, but Trump's bravado was able to shift the conversation to a "booming" economy. The real "fake news" is that it is his efforts that have resulted in a better economy (at least until COVID), rather than the natural economic cycle after a debt-induced near-depression.
Facts and reasonable arguments aren't sitting well with these folks.
Thank God they know hockey or this website would be worthless.

Who, pray tell, do you believe are "normal people"? Seems like more coded language.

Well, from what I've been reading here, it really is not much of a loss. Although "everyone" is really code for a minority of people who have bought Trump's bizarre rhetoric.
