And if you went beyond the 10 seconds, you would see that only 12 municipalities have yet to allow this and from what I can tell so far, only in school board elections there may or may not be an undocumented immigrant population voting but only if they have children attending school in that district. Its unclear whether they actually have. For the most part, they have to have legal residency to participate in these few districts/municipalities. You have no real proof.
