I'd chip in. Paypal and personal checks would be the way to do it. Just have to find someone near the cities with a Paypal account, and people could send money via that method. For those who aren't comfortable with internet or Paypal, they could send checks/money orders to the individual. Great idea Bob!!!

Damn Canadians always want to play our game! I guess I'm more with Goon on this topic. The Canadian schools looking to join would not be powerhouses. I don't see Canadian kids who want to improve, as well as get an education, choosing those schools over North Dakota, Michigan, New Hampshire, Maine, etc. There are plenty of schools in the U.S. that are still very close to Canada, and will do a much better job at developing these players and getting them ready for the pros. Toews and Turris choosing the NCAA route did not change their allegiance to their country. They chose a place that was right for them, to help them develop for their future, in hockey and life.

From Hak's comments, I get the feeling that we may see Walski in one game against UAA, if for no more of a reason other than Walski's earned a start in practice. It would give Phil a game off mentally, and to get ready for the long haul, as well as give Walski some game play. Other than that, I don't expect anyone else other than Phil.

Zajac continues his hot streak with a goal in today's Devils/Maple Leafs game. Parise also has an assist in the game.
