For whatever reason, my internet speed is amazing at this house. My mother-in-law's boyfriend, who's a tech guy, can't believe how fast it is here. I'm assuming that plays a part of it too.

It sounds like he's a lot worse than past years. Maybe it's because the Sioux don't have the known talent this year as they've had in the past few years. In past years, he'd at least give North Dakota props and say they wanted it more.
