  1. What Chay wants is not what he gets. He may lie about headaches in an attempt to get back, but, until the scans done frequently are clear, he won't be back, even if he wants to. This is one injury you don't choose to play "dinged up".
  2. You won't see anything. Hextall went to the corner, won the battle for the puck and got it to Trupp. Malone bumped into the Wisco guy and he fell down. Totally phantom call. Sioux were going to lose anyway, so it didn't make a difference. Badger goaltending was better than the Sioux goaltending for the weekend, and that was the biggest difference.
  3. Eidsness back in net; Davidson in for Rowney News, notes and comments from Herald reporter Brad Elliott Schlossman Gameday live: UND 0, UW 0, 20:00 first Chat application will open closer to game time. 4. Wisco had sticks in skates so much that the whistle couldn't be blown fast enough. Sioux move their feet, Wisco looks like they'll continue to take penalties. Then there is that marble thing.
  5. Zajac Malone
  6. Two interesting comments by Ciskie before the start of the third period: 1. Campion likes to be the center of attention, and so far has not; that's the third period x factor. 2. Cheerleader doing spins screwing herself into the ice before the period begins: players hate the holes they make when they catch an edge on it. Don't know if it was Campion that got whistle happy late in the third, but, if it was, appears that Ciskie was correct. The Duluth player that fell when McWilliams was given the tripping penalty appeared to be in the exact cheerleader spinorama spot; the replay shows McWilliams was closest to the Dog player when he fell, but never touched him with his stick or anything else. Whoever made that call was guessing, as they couldn't have seen what they called.
  7. The league issues an apology. Duluth wins 3-2
  8. I've never scanned in a charter cable hockey broadcast on KU band, so I'm guessing not.
  9. You must just show up here to argue, It was a dumb thing to do, period. Looked much much more detailed/graphic in HD.
  10. For the Grizzlies, games will be on Galaxy 28(89W) for those with KU band systems. Video streaming looks to be on B2 Networks. Game time, 12:05PM Mountain. You'll find an audio stream above also. Gametracker Clicking on individual games will not only give you the gametracker, but also links to streamed audio or video (for those available on cbssports).
  11. Webcast schedule Buy the month pass for $9.95; remember to cancel before the next month's charge.
  12. Zajac Toews
  13. It's on live on dishnetwork on FXRM; also being delivered in HD.
  14. Saw him just once as a senior at SSM, and he centered a line in that game. The game I saw, SSM put Gergen on the point for their PP. Not sure how much, if any defense Chay played at SSM, but he did get moved to D following graduation from HS during his year with the Vernon Vipers of the BCHL (17-32-49 in 56 games).

Unreal how noticeable it is to be without him, lugging the puck up the ice into the offensive zone, both on the PP and 5x5. Just before that Marvin cheap shot, Chay once again was carrying the puck up the ice, it was Marvin he left in the dust back in the Sioux end (looked initially like Marvin could catch him on the back-check, but there was no comparison in speed), Marvin was left way behind, then finally showed up to deliver the blow to the head.

So Adam watches it, calls nothing, then has to make stuff up, once again. He needs to be permanently suspended.
  17. Conklin was very good for St Louis for most of last night's game, but gave up a Frazee like goal late in the game that tied it. Flipped in from center ice, the puck bounced over him into the net. Ugly goal. The Blues later lost the xtra point in the shootout.
  18. You really need to replace that yeller thing with some green.
  19. Yup, gotta feel bad for him, no doubt he needs to develop somewhere somehow if there's any chance in the Sabre organization. I was expecting a higher level of comfort in the Manitoba game, and some starts following that game.
  20. Obvious why you avoided naming that one
  21. When all the dmen played in the Manitoba exhibition, Fienhage was the only one that looked tentative and unsure with the puck, he coughed it up quickly on all opportunities. When he had space, he quickly gave it to his defensive partner, really appeared that he was scared to make a mistake with the puck. It didn't look good for him then, not sure when/if that might change.
  22. SO scored on a TD pass first play in the second; 10-3 SO. Sioux with the ball now third and long. They are flat once again.
  23. that's how it looks on the webcast.
  24. student section looks full, the rest of the seats are empty
  25. Yes, bad echo. Thought it was the open mic on the field, but it's still a problem, or Kelly is leaving his mic on.
