So, the ref making the Goofs swap goalies for an equipment issue....is that rule, or just an decision the ref can make? I've never heard of it before that game

Or calling a penalty on Finley for closing his hand on a puck late in a regional game, to set up a tying goal

why not? they seem like a level headed rational group..even an ex ref that says it was a blatant trip..such an inclusive group
