  1. I think some of the ESPN3 games you can watch without a subscription to ESPN. Usually the ones not associated with ESPN at all (as this one would be the case...its being produced by ASN)
  2. The game is also being carried on the American Sports Network and will be on WDAY/Z Xtra (6.3/8.3) and if you're in the Twin Cities WUCW (CW23) is carrying it
  3. I dont know if its been mentioned yet but Saturday's championship game on TV follows LACROSSE
  4. Dish $10 for DVR & whole home fee + $7 per Joey Directv $10 for DVR & whole home fee + $6 per client (C31) they must do some fuzzy math there in ND Directv carries both Fargo/GF and the Western ND cluster in HD now
  5. Some guides take a while to update. Directv is usually really good at updating the guide for last minute changes but I've seen Dis not change. It all depends on the provider. My guide still properly What provider?
  6. it will be now as FSN North is also carrying the game
  7. Just saw this in the Directv guide. Because that "Battle on the Midway" game (between San Diego State and Syracuse on the military ship) got moved back to Sunday (was suppose to be Friday but due to rain it got moved) in my guide under FSN NORTH 668 (436 on DIsh) 8:00 "NORTH DAKOTA AT KANSAS STATE" So it will be on FSN for all to see!!!!
  8. sort of. With sports networks it is how much does it cost and also how the packagaing is set up. While Directv (as example) could say "ok it goes in the sports package" Midco could request it is part of the RSN package in ND, SD and MN (like FS North) and sports pack for everyone else. That is how BIg10 Network is done with alot of cable comapnies and also Dish. If you are in a BIg10 state its part of the RSN setup (or in the case of MIdco the basic package). Outisde of that its in the sports pack. My buddy found that out the hard way when he moved to Wahpeton...BIg10 is not in basic package but across the river in Breckenridge it is.
  9. well then tell that to the PAC12 Network and the Lakers TV Network (TWCS) because both of those are in HD and not on Directv
  10. Its like PA doing Vikes game with calling the players by their 1st name because he thinks its "cool" "Christain gets the snap" "Handoff to Adrian" "Percy with a fumble"
  11. contract was up (WDAZ/FSSN did 1 year contracts) and Midcontinent Cable (which is the dominant cable company in ND/SD and NW MN) AKA Midco got the contract for a bunch of money. Sadly the picture in most cases has been subpar and the announcer stinks Thread on the quality of broadcast Thread on the quality of announcer
  12. I thought the TV timeouts are a minute now? so true. I mean how hard is it to overlay the audio from the radio broadcast over the video (syncing in up?) I mean there are teams that do that. Both Alaska teams do that and it works fine
  13. Meanwhile Sweeney is sitting at home watching the game going "good lord they got rid of ME for this tool?"
