i bet we crossed paths at some point. we were at houlihans a lot and then that beer tent during and before the sioux game, al harbaskys pre game as well. i remember siouxnami there but was feelin pretty good so will leave it at that....met a few at al's pre games. nice set up, just had to order 5 beers at a time or drink those half pitchers because they didnt have any beer tubs set up outside. i think we suprised them with the amount of fans my buddy had a sweet shirt that said FU NCAA on the front and WHY FIGHT THE HONOR on the back...wish i had a pic...tons of people stopped him, high fived him and even a NCAA employee took a pic with him. i hope that guy keeps his job houlihans with the hanson bros...

yeah and they knocked us out the last 2 years and another in 01 pretty damn good program...but i was very very happy to see them lose... boyle was a big reason they lost. he tried to be a hero everytime dow the ice, hes damn good but he made that lazy ass drop pass in msu's zone that led to the game winner for the spartans..congrats msu

porter was a very good 4 year year player. the bottom line is if you are ready for the next level AHL or NHL. toews and osh are so we will see what osh does. and i believe many of us were nicely suprised when we got a 2nd year of out toews. i know i was.

anyday now. he wanted to be with his teammates after the loss and flew back with them which is a great teammate in my eyes when chicago wanted him to go with them..great job in a sioux jersey and wearing that A jon!! will miss that smooth 2 way hockey style you played with every night

toews is gone, if osh follows we will obviously be taking another HUGE hit, now if the entire D core stays i will not be as concerned, we do have likes of blood and lapoint to fill spots so i guess we can recover. who knows, maybe we roll 4 balanced lines next season and see where that takes us. we really dont have osh or toews coming in this season but once again, who knows, maybe a kid or 2 suprises us and puts up huge numbers that we are not expecting, anyways, i friken hate this time of the year, i usually need a week to get over the hangover of losing first off then realizing we have to wait til september for some practices to start. damn...
