couldnt care less how may goals we score, just a simple prediction from myself a win is a win is a win at this stage and they have proved that through 16 games now with their stellar defense and the play from phil each night. 14 wins with 2 ties. we have only scored 6 total goals in the last 4 games but they got 3 wins and a tie in those 4 s not worried about how many we score. its senior night and also a huge game for scsu trying for home ice. they just need a win or tie for home ice so lets prevent that from happening as well 5-0 sioux

i like our team and feel no need to go player by player as i dont know enough about the little things regarding the sports of hockey but respect the opinions above. i think this years team is exactly what it is and thats a real team and thats what you need to win the big one. whatever happens happens but hak knows what hes doing with his players. some players may have off games but im not worried about anything regarding this team. we havent lost in about 2 months so keep it roling SIOUX! 5-0 sioux win tonight

scsu is a strange team this season. look good then suck it up. i think mankato is better than them buts its all about match ups in the post season

like all gopher fans will be routing against the sioux, except for tonight right? you dont have confidence vs scsu so you want a higher seed in mankato

as many have said kangas is solid. the sioux have a bit more firepower than the gophers. phil has been great, thats why hes a top 3 hobey candidate right now and his defense has been solid as well. kangas doesnt have the same D core so what he has done is nice numbers wise. he just doesnt have the wins when the gophs werent scoring for a couple months straight. you are right. there will be 10-12 teams that can make some noise but only 4-6 in my mind that can win it all. puck luck and hot goaltending will be key!

no doubt they are playing better. if it werent for kangas the season would be over by now especially if dough boy was still your goalie. kangas is solid and has ony had a few hicups. so the sioux winning tonight will have you play the landcows. that will be a tough one to pick

UND is the No. 2 seed and will play either Michigan Tech or Minnesota-Duluth in the first round. The Sioux will play Tech unless Tech beats Mankato AND Duluth loses to Minnesota on Saturday. 3. Denver is the No. 3 seed and will play Minnesota-Duluth or Michigan Tech. See above. Denver gets whatever team UND doesn't. 4. MSU-Mankato has clinched home ice. 5. The final home ice spot will go to either Wisconsin or St. Cloud State. The Huskies need a win or tie against the Sioux to grab the final home ice spot. Otherwise it goes to Wisconsin. 6. frazee hes drunk during the games anyways but kangas is a very solid goalie. he is the reason the gophers didnt tumble to the bottom of the wcha standings. the frosh has played very well.

i wouldnt call it a upset 7 vs 4, the 4 cant be a the underdog can they

the pairwise is what it is, the sioux can only win the games they play. the tie last night didnt help so thats not anyones fault but the sioux. i was fine with a tie outcome but i woudlnt worry about seedings yet i guess. we gone over so many possibilities with the pwr im at the point of just watching the sioux win and where ever we get seeded thats fine. theres a lot of conference playoff hockey yet to be payed and there will be top 4 teams that will lose more than linely in tourneys.
