The Sioux are coming two ties vs SCSU at home. The Sioux ended up 2nd in the WCHA so will host Michigan Tech this coming weekend. Tech is coming off a split at MSU and finished 9th in the WCHA. TJ Oshie went down vs SCSU so lets hope he gets back into action when hes ready as we all know hes a big piece of the puzzle. 17 game unbeaten streak for the Sioux which is a school record but everything starts over starting Friday night for all 10 WCHA teams. GO SIOUX and lets get a couple wins and rest up Sunday hopefully. nice catch crack another one, why dont i
-
i agree and wasnt referring that you said it wasnt important. i was just stating the obvious
-
the gophers sweeping mankato would be very interesting to see in the pairwise as im not up on comparison flipping and so forth. thats for someone else to answer. msu needs to win tonight and then a sweep to umtc may keep them in but im not that sure in the scenerio you aid above. if you beat them 2-1 i dont think they are out. im thinking too much right now, time to crack some beers
-
i thought earlier in the season stuff doesnt matter right now? because the gophs have a 5 game unbeaten streak and msu has won 9 of 12. sounds like a hell of a match up to me
-
a win tonight and a 3 game loss to mankato you will be on the bubble for sure. then its wait and see what happens in all conference tourneys as if there is a team that wins their tourney then that knocks a team or 2 off the bubble and out. you never know but like you said win tonight and then check the pairwise. the pairwise isnt easy to figure out and is very confusing to many.
-
very true, oh well. cool if so and next week the seniors will take their final skate after we sweep our oppenent, thats cool as hell to watch like when porter, fabian and prpich did it last year! great to see
-
huh?
-
so the gophers ONE 25 of 26 my point is tonight is important for the gophs as well. you are on the bubble and not a shoe in for the tourney yet. win tonight and win 2 of 3 next weekend and i think you are in. tonight is important though
