I realize that no team can live off of "trick plays", but a touchdown is a touchdown. These are the same who complain about a boring predictable offense. Personally I enjoy knowing that at anytime something creative could happen when our offense is on the field. Now a 20 yard run up the gut is also exciting, but I don't get all the complaints about "trick plays" when it's really just another play in the book.
I love tricks and gadgets but to be solid and get to the next level you need mostly to rely fundamentals in my opinion. So I am hoping to see a few scores with straight on football

Wonder if the Sioux will score some touchdowns today other then on special teams or trick plays?

To be honest with you, I was shocked they actually ran that play. I thought it was the turning point in the game and they failed. It was not a great effort at all and the NDSU d-line played tough all day long. If you're going for it on fourth down, use a high percentage play. I would've run a halfback dive with Smith. His first step is incredibly fast. I really like his game. I actually think he might have a better upside than Weah.
I am a Bubba supporter but if you go for it in that situation it better end well and if it doesn’t you better have a plan for a hasty exit out of town.
Oh well. It’s easy coaching football from the kitchen while drinking coffee at the counter -

Do we really want to go down that particular rabbit hole? Talk about potential thread derailment!
My apologies. I guess I’m just bored since it looks like I’ve been suspended from Facebook, again

did a Goon get a good shot of bubba's face when q didn't get the two yards?
I would bet he was focusing on the play.

Anybody got some stats? I’m now in a cornfield waiting on a deer and trying to avoid getting run over by a combine so I don’t want to be scrolling on my phone

Run up the middle coming up?

I’ll be most likely hiding in a brush pile tomorrow waiting on a deer so I’ll miss the game but I will sneak a peek her occasionally and try to stay tuned in

Unless your playoff games are at home.
Think it’s still best not to depend on crowd noise. Always felt better to beat up a bully in front of his friends

If you need the home crowd to make noise to win I don’t think you are going very far in the playoffs

Those uniforms are the color of a girly cocktail.
Go black and gray -
You have insight most cannot comprehend. Well done

I think this needs to be a game dominated with old school type football and save the gadget plays for down the road

A one point lead at halftime over a FBS team is a decent morale victory. The best since 2015.
Hopefully the team uses last night’s game as a learning situation for improvement. Usually your areas that need improvement must be pointed out to you.
I think the team will be fine. -

Seems like a nice gig. It seems they earn about $1,000 a month plus free housing and healthcare.
Obviously doesn't compare to playing anywhere in North America, but there worse jobs a mid-20s adult male could be doing
Heard it’s not a bad deal. I had a link for the game but didn’t want to go through the sign up process
