Duluth keeps the curse of #1 alive. Tough for them to be down to their 3rd string goalie, but Hrynkiw did fine for us when needed a few years back. Good for Potulny though, would be happy for them to get a tourney spot after getting close last year.

Hate to say it, but Lucia got his wish. The rivalry cooled off and our players weren't fired up like they should be.

He was originally a #1 pick in the USHL projecting as a blue chip prospect. His star faded, fell off the draft boards, etc. I believe he decommitted, rather than have his offer yanked. The latter is usually described as "no longer committed".

How much of his scoring is due to having Fantilli on his line?

Spicer turns 18 in June. He might benefit from another year in juniors. We'll see.

Reffing was atrocious and inconsistent. Both coaches had multiple reasons to be unhappy with the officiating. Driscoll had his best game of the year.

This year we clearly live and die by Sanderson. Our D was anemic without him. Driscoll has been better than his stats suggest but he has yet to steal a game.
