Coordinates given are in latitude north...only main campuses were used. 47.5 - University of North Dakota - Grand Forks, ND 47.4 - University of Washington - Seattle, WA 47.4 - Eastern Washington University - Spokane, WA 46.5 - University of Montana - Missoula, MT 46.4 - University of Idaho - Moscow, ID 45.4 - Montana State University - Bozeman, MT 44.9 - University of Maine - Orono, ME 44.3 - University of Vermont - Burlington, VT 43.8 - University of New Hampshire - Durham, NH Correct me if I am wrong.
