(UND Director of Facilities Rick) Tonder said the proposed new building would be paid for with some state funds and some local funds. He said he hopes it will be completed within the next four years. "More than likely, that will be the next big university project on the Bronson Property," he said. So "within the next four years" the soccer field on the Bronson property will become a School of Medicine research building. Where would soccer play then? Or will the athletic facilities plan UND is working on (that should be out yet this fall) answer that for us. We live in interesting times.
