schmidtdoggydog Posted January 14, 2003 Share Posted January 14, 2003 I just returned from the monthly Fargo Sioux Booster luncheon and because the hockey team leaves for Alaska tomorrow Blais was not in attendance. However, Jeff Bowen discussed the world juniors championships set to take place at REA Dec. 2004 and into Jan 2005. He said at this point there is a possibility that current Sioux Hockey season ticket holders would have some priority in purchasing ticket packages for the tournament. And although it is not a given, it is something they are working on. He also informed us that there will be 30 games in 10 days and the attendance at the just completed world jrs. exceeded 240,000 for all games!
