southpaw Posted February 21, 2006 Posted February 21, 2006 unless jim is being overly protective, you should be able to post a press release. the point of it is the hope that it gets copied. Quote

NorthDakotaHockey Posted February 22, 2006 Posted February 22, 2006 We have been to a women's Sioux-Gopher series at Da Ridder and it is pretty danged fun. The ladies took a pelting there several years back, and may do so again. That will change with time. We would plan to go, but for the fact that, with God's grace, we will be in Magness with brooms. HockeyMom Posted February 22, 2006 Posted February 22, 2006 We have been to a women's Sioux-Gopher series at Da Ridder and it is pretty danged fun. The ladies took a pelting there several years back, and may do so again. That will change with time. The last game in which the Sioux faced the Gophers, UND hung with them until Minnesota scored a goal at 5:18 of the third period. UND pulled their goalie and the Goofs scored an empty-netter with one second left. I was at the game, the Sioux played their hearts out and left everything on the ice. I wouldn't be surprized if they took one this weekend from the Goofs. Quote
siouxguyinstpaul Posted February 22, 2006 Posted February 22, 2006 I think I'll go Sunday - should be fun. Quote
NorthDakotaHockey Posted February 22, 2006 Posted February 22, 2006 By the way, that opening press release is the stellar work of our former stellar backstopper, the ever capable and forever legendary Jake Brandt. Quote
