kfah1 Posted October 25, 2004 Posted October 25, 2004 Can any one tell me where one could buy a high quality Fighting Sioux hitch cover. Being I live in Michigan, I'll never find one here. I'm looking for an aluminum or pewter. Anything but the cheap plastic one they sell at the SiouxShop. Any info would help! Quote
JESUS,family, rutgers Posted October 27, 2004 Posted October 27, 2004 This might be worth a shot. I believe that cabelas and bass pro shops carry these for some colleges. Since there is a cabelas on the North Dakota/Minnesota border, they might have them for North Dakota. The websites for these are www.cabelas.com and bassproshops.com. Their phone numbers are on the sites also. It might be worth a call. Also, I have seen these types of things on rv's so you might want to check with rv shops/companies. Sorry, but I am not familiar with any rv companies names/websites. Good luck. Quote
bisonguy Posted October 27, 2004 Posted October 27, 2004 Here's a place that will do custom ones- Custom Hitch Covers custom designs run about $75-150, but I believe they will do a one piece order. Here's their page with some of the custom designs- http://www.customhitchcovers.com/custom.htm Here's another place, but they charge a design fee and have minimum quantities- http://bearplugs.netriver.net/csite.php?page=2 I cannot attest to the quality or service of either place. My wife got it for me at Scheels in Fargo last spring, I believe. Cost maybe $20. Call Scheels. It looks sharp. Quote
