BUT, if you POHLED any ardent college hockey fan in 2002, I willing to bet most, if not all, had heard of Jeff Taffe and Johnny Pohl. Johnny Pohl LED THE NATION IN SCORING THAT YEAR! What more does a guy have to do to get noticed?! Heck, the real sleeper on that list was Paul Martin. Anybody who knew hockey could see his talent, but he wasn't an end-to-end, flashy player.
