WeAreNorthDakota Posted January 14, 2013 Share Posted January 14, 2013 Since we don't see a huge difference in crowds between our Men's and Women's teams, I decided to do a comparison of WBB and MBB attendance numbers in the Big Sky by dividing the WBB numbers by the MBB numbers. In BOLD below. http://www.bigskycon...rs.htm#conf.wkt Montana 2637 79.9% MSU 1532 70.5% UND 1410 88.3% ISU 948 54.5% WSU 885 14.6% UNC 749 69% PSU 692 76.3% SUU 645 24.4% EWU 399 43.6% Sac St 389 61.2% NAU 256 26.8% 7 of the 11 teams in the Big Sky average a crowd that is at least half as big as their average MBB crowd with 3 teams over 75%. That 14% number for Weber just highlights how ridiculously big their MBB crowds are. I'm guessing they've had basketball games that have outdrew some of our football games during the transition.
