GFG
I'm a UND BBall fan and read this forum all the time, just never post. I do all my posting in the hockey thread. Just thought I'd show you guys a report was done and listed in the Wall Street Journal about the most valuable college basketball programs right now. Some surprising teams in there for sure, especially Minnesota at #10. http://professional.wsj.com/article/SB20001424052702303816504577317681170452786.html

FSSD
That is strange, Kentucky 16 and Minnesota 10. Doesn't make any sense. I think that Minnesota gets a large boost from the Big Ten Network - the ranking has Northwestern at 20. I think people are watching all the shifts in college sports because of Conference TV networks. It will be interesting to see how profittable the Big 10 Network will be in the future. Cable operators want to go "a la carte" because sports networks are becoming the most expensive. I think the Big 10 Network will see a massive drop in revenue when "a la carte" comes around. http://www.reuters.com/article/2011/09/27/us-cable-idUSTRE78Q6EE20110927
