Ghost of Smith Posted December 12, 2003 Posted December 12, 2003 Is anyone going to watch the game tonight at Sensors in Bloomington? I need to see the Sioux play and this as good as time as ever to sit at a bar and watch them light up the lamp. Quote
01grad Posted December 12, 2003 Posted December 12, 2003 I'll be there for tonights game. The last few times I have been there it has been packed. If you need a table for more than 4 by a TV, you should plan on arriving by 6:15-6:30. If not, go by yourself as I did once and arrive at game time and sit with any of the Sioux fans in attendance. I will probably have one of those annoying people with me that cheers against the Sioux just to be a menace, for that I am sorry. Quote
UMDDogz Posted December 12, 2003 Posted December 12, 2003 I wonder if any Dogz fans will be there........ Quote
cfm567b27 Posted December 12, 2003 Posted December 12, 2003 My suggestion for Sensers is to phone ahead and reserve a table. It works well and you are guaranteed a spot near a TV. Just make sure you are nice to the hostess on the phone at that in itself works wonders. As for the clowns that root against the Sioux at during Senser's telecasts? Most likely Gopher fans who are ashamed to wear their colors. Who can blame them - I think the Special Olympics could field a squad this year that might give the Gophers hockey team a good skate. Ghost of Smith Posted December 12, 2003 Author Posted December 12, 2003 01Grad I will see you then tonight. I will try to get there a half hour before game time and if you got an extra chair great and if not I will see you anyway. Did we all get our final five tickets reserved? Quote
01grad Posted December 12, 2003 Posted December 12, 2003 Of course! That's just about the only time I see the Sioux play live each year. Quote
UMDDogz Posted December 12, 2003 Posted December 12, 2003 Got my seats reserved for another year!! Hope to see the Dogs down there in March! Quote

cfm567b27 Posted December 12, 2003 Posted December 12, 2003 Dagies: (See be nice to the hostess who answers the phone). I was there for the St. Cloud game a few weeks back on a friday night and got a table for two right in front of the big screen. Perhaps they changed their policy since then. Quote
CoteauRinkRat Posted December 12, 2003 Posted December 12, 2003 It is great to see everyone turn out at Sensors to cheer on the Sioux. Hope everyone has a great time. Quote

I called before the SCSU series and was put through to a manager who I was told was the only person who could take "reservations". That's where I got my answer... Quote
