Most that use them (you would be suprised how prevalent they are at the college level), are knowledgable enough to be able to pass a postseason test that they know about. Is ephidrene banned by the NCAA? Something along those lines would be my guess. The USOC will ban a person if they drink too much coffee in the morning.
