JESUS,family, rutgers Posted July 13, 2011 Posted July 13, 2011 I know this isn't Sioux hockey related, but this must be like the first time Sioux fans saw Robbie Bina standing.I hope no one minds me posting this. Word has just been released that our Rutgers football player,Eric LeGrand, is standing. This is someone who when he was paralyzed last October in a game, was told by some doctors he would never walk or even breathe on his own. What a GREAT and BLESSED day for Eric and his Mom. 1 Quote
NorthDakotaHockey Posted July 13, 2011 Posted July 13, 2011 Wow. Truly great news. Makes the big press conference in the hockey world today rather meaningless in the greater view of life. Continued good luck and solid progress to Mr. LeGrand. Quote

That is truly great news indeed. I quite agree that it is a great and blessed day for Eric and his Mom. For one thing, it's a reminder there is more to life than athletics or any other single concentration in life. Thanks for the most heartening news. It helps put some things in perspective. Quote
