dakotadan Posted September 20, 2008 Share Posted September 20, 2008 Back in 1999, my school's superintendant tried to get a group of schools together to form a 6-man football league. There was a handfull of schools that were interested in ND but it never took off. So my high school's Varsity FB team played a schedule of nothing but area JV teams. That was the last year of football there. This wasn't the first time that the subject had been discussed. Has anyone ever heard if that is something that has been discussed since? I know there are alot of small town schools in ND that no longer have football that may be able to put together 6 man teams. I saw this in SI. It reminded me of my hometown a bit.
