Any word on Connor Ford? Have not seen him in a while

The crowd is hung over still I think

If we would have gotten our O-Line back from this spring our record would be different. But we are young, inexperienced, and possibly just a bit outclassed on the line at times. Most of these short yardage turnover plays are 1st downs in stead of turnovers and Danny has more faith to hand it to Otis straight ahead instead of trying to fool defenses. Nate Ngoun was a huge, huge loss!

Look, nothings gonna happen. We just won the league last year our 1st time out. He is under contract and it would be expensive to buy him out. Ya we have holes. But who do you get that won’t cause an exodus of players if the coach is fired. We have a good core, hopefully we are learning, looking at you Danny and Brent. We have a decent QB room, the best RB room in program history, solid WR, a good enough defense! Starting over sounds silly!

Saw a couple kids wearing placards walking around with their parents one of which was a massive O-lineman.

Our skill players making skill plays! Amazing what happens…

We need to throw a pass on third down, at least if it was incomplete it stops clock and we kick a field goal. And if it’s complete it’s six..

WTH was that??

Root cause this year for our perceived slide is the offensive line. Too many penalties. We are not dominating the line of scrimmage and it shows with the regression of Otis and Schuster. Losing those 3-4 O-lineman from last year looms large. We are not winning the time of possession battle so our Defense is on the field too much. We get gassed in the 2nd half so we can’t get off the field. We can’t be 2 for 9 on 3rd down.

Great to see UND leading the way in offering the condolences to a great coach albeit to a rival, wait, no, that was UMD…
Just horrible news..

It’s not that bad. Kids a Junior and an athlete. He will be just fine!

Let’s keep getting them. I would love to hear about a 6’6 300 pound nose tackle cause that would be awesome!

Any scuttle on why We have some of our best players leaving on both men’s and women’s basketball?
-
Rivalry games are always a battle and they own us till we beat them. We beat them if we keep our emotions in check. We beat them if we don’t beat ourselves. We beat them if we beat on them in the trenches. We beat them if we actually believe we can! We look like the better team right now. Time to prove it!

We are slow tonight. The 5 minutes they have owned. Where is Pinto?? He’s playing but not contributing..
-
Was it a goal?? Looked close..

The best part is it still doesn’t feel like we are even close to have peaked. Lots more steps on the ladder!
I am very happy with quarterback play. That being said, he must continue to elevate his game. Cause the next few teams are going to stack the box and make him beat them and not allow Otis, Luke and Dalton to beat them. He has to hit the passes he is supposed to hit. And he has to hit some vertical down field passes to keep the secondary honest! I do believe he can do it!

Illinois State @ UND 11/13/21

We need burners like this Dennis kid to take the top off who just committed. Your right we don’t get great separation. Give Illinois state credit, they played a really good defensive game against us in the secondary. Say what you will about Muss but the one thing he did well, or his staff, was recruiting WR. Greg Hardin, Kenny Golladay, Jameer Jackson were, arguably for sure, the best WR group we ever had. I think talent wise we are deeper now than ever. We have 5-6 really good guys. We need at least 1 who can dominate over the top though to take more pressure off the middle of the field.
