Depends on line mates. I think Boisvert. We need a heavy line. Andrew fits the bill.

I’ll be interested to see if a player like that signs on. They may, but international players have to be so very careful of making anything, due to their being here on a student Visa, as opposed to a work visa. Violate the terms of the visa, and you could find yourself headed home.
It seems that you are correct. That’s sucks.

Sounds like Gaber played almost the entirety of the Michigan game with a broke hand. Hence why he didn't make his pro debut yet.
Give him props if true. Tough break for your final game.

Pretty quiet on the UND hockey front , nothing , nada , zilch
Why have expectations? We win Penne Rosas, not National Championships. Be grateful.

What exactly are the rules? Can anyone reach out to a student and bribe them to transfer or commit? This is absolutely going to destroy any parity.

Odds to win another PENROSE? Do we grab another portal player? Do we find an over Ager up in Canada eh?

Deep Blue Seafood or Meats by John and Wayne in Fargo might have something.

Schlossman's article about what it takes to win a title talked mainly about goaltending and winning some coin flip games. He also mentioned UND wasn't far off. Well, they were actually 4 games off. In order to get to a coinflip, you have to be mentally prepared for the better part of the game, and not have lapses like UND did. I think there were probably teams outside of the tournament that would have been better prepared to take advantage of that kind of game. By coin flip alone, you would think UND would win a game every once in a while in the tournament.
Would have been nice to hear from Schlossman about UND's shortcomings down the stretch rather than saying they weren't far off. Save "weren't far off" for programs like St. Cloud State, Western or Omaha. As Berry says playing for this program isn't easy because you have an expectation to win, and it isn't for everybody, so let's not get to the point where you settle for moral victories.
Guys like Jammer understand all of this. That’s why he gives 100% every game. He plays above his potential. That’s a leader. Now, that kind of passion and work ethic has to be instilled in all the very talented young guns.

Maybe I just have higher expectations of a program like ours, which used to be considered the best or at least one of. Now we are content beating our rivals because they lose their best talent? We used to say, "Bring your best and be ready to lose." I hope the players and staff haven't lowered their standards like we have here.
How dominant was UND between 1983-1995?

That'd be a dang big portal grab for Miami if he ended up there.
I would be much less surprised to see him end up at ASU.Why wouldn’t we want him? A bit alarming that he’d be scratched for the biggest games of the year.

Article on Mac Swanson. Can't wait to see what he can do at UND!
I wonder if a team will pick him in the later rounds of the draft.
Wasn’t much of an article, but he’s hyped. That’s good news.

My favorite was Johannes undressing the defenseman and sniping a goal, only to celebrate skating by the Mankato bench. The greatest one and done in Sioux hockey history.

Incredible. Shuts up the East coast for a couple years.

The save of the decade!

Looks like Carle took my advice. Denver is the best program in hockey, not even close. Berry lost this battle.

I know no one is saying this, but, hmmm, bringing in the next Boeser and Blake would be ok.
Expectations should be tempered, but yes. Perron himself had some growing pains in his freshman season. Hit a lot of pipes, but the college game is a different animal.

The wrap around goal looked like it was in slow motion . You could see it coming from a distance and it was destined to go in. BC is the best team in the tournament. I hope Denver can make a game of it tomorrow.
BC will have to play better. They aren’t going to get many of those high flying opportunities. Denver probably hanging 10 tomorrow.

Boston College has a very good goalie. Michigans goalie is average. Michigan was very much in that game until goal number four. Denver game was more of the same. Grind it out.
