I doubt there is any concussion protocol in college hockey especially at Denver. He came back after being helped off the ice in a game at home. He clearly had a concussion that time too.

Still he shouldn't come back to the game.

There should be a rule that keeps Plant out for the rest of the game for grabbing his head.

Yet, college hockey can call that a penalty.
