I was talking about the USPHL in general.

If I remember right they asked USA Hockey if they could be a Teir 1 hockey league and USA Hockey said no. So they decided that they would become a none USA Hockey sanctioned Teir 1 league. They do have high end guys that start there and move on to the USHL and the NAHL.

I think this is the league the Jeff Cox has had a lot of bad things to say about. From what I've read that Cox tweeted about the USPHL is the league has a couple good teams with a bunch of garbage teams, and it pay-to-play unlike other Junior leagues. He'll probably be in Lincoln next year.
