  1. He’s the WJC goalie for Chezhia or how ever it’s spelled
  2. RIT out shooting BU 13-6
  3. Probably forgot about the day off or Denver picked the earlier game.
  4. Sounded like the added tickets sold out immediately.
  5. Giving the higher seed the early game is now useless when there is a day off between games.
  6. Surprised they left the line wall off. Probably had to edit out stuff since it took awhile to be released.
  7. Mike also said on the podcast he wished he read his messages and stayed for the Saturday game.
  8. Northeastern is the next one to be released. I'll add to the list when it comes out.
  9. ASU: https://youtu.be/t5VkjUYa1Co?si=mvPZN1h-dwP2Cavz UMass: https://youtu.be/RpyhCEHQwNs?si=Qb19bWz47x7FBp6J BC: https://youtu.be/zQxk6YKa3xA?si=fx4PHuUgYCG4oksq Penn State: https://youtu.be/hDQB4RqzW2w?si=j53U6JA1C-rbvCfT North Dakota: https://youtu.be/TIXjSFd-Mhc?si=yR4yGpVvflOyv4hs
  10. Made it official.
  11. I took Denver, Western Michigan, Omaha, and Wisconsin.
  12. Had 2 losing seasons as a head coach, one being the head coach of BGSU in 2009-10 before Bergeron.
  13. Sounds like the perfect time for this
  14. If the games are packed it will look better than seeing a basically empty NHL arena like it was in 2011. It would be how everyone said Fargo was a hit the first year they hosted when all the AHL/ECHL arenas in the other sites looked empty. I think this was a dumb choice for a regional site but the selection committee went with it instead of saying how about a different arena in St. Louis or go with Fargo, Loveland, Green Bay, KC or Milwaukee (I have no idea who also bid but these are just options). One big problem with the West and Midwest is no one but 9 to 10 teams bid with Minnesota and North Dakota being the main 2 (I don’t consider Allentown a Midwest regional).
  15. So tickets are going for around $1000. How many people are complaining online 1.) about the NCAA selling tickets that high 2.) they should use the Enterprise Center. Well the tickets are that high because they are being resold and last time they used the Enterprise Center in 2011 the attendance was bad, 5,024 in a 18,096. And they were with BC, Michigan, Omaha, and CC (that regional is always going to be known for the Michigan goal that eliminated Omaha). With hindsight 20/20 Family Arena across the river would have been a better option, but could still have the low attendance like last time the regional was there.
  16. He was calling the CCHA Championship game.
  17. Now its official
  18. Yes they do, because the committee relaxed the requirements so there can be more bids in the west for the west and Midwest regionals.
  19. If only there wasn’t a 10,000 seat arena across the river from this arena.
  20. Can TNT take over, asking for all hockey fans
  21. Cried yesterday but.....
  22. And a Casino right down the street
  23. Interesting argument I saw to keep UMass out and I agree with it. Last time UMass beat a team in the NCAA tournament field was on 10/14/23 against Michigan. Record against teams in the top 16 is 1-8-2. CC is 9-9-1 against the top 16 in the tournament. The RPI difference is .0004
  24. He signed a contract
