Heck, have them sit the rest of the game for proper evaluation. If you want to dive and hold your head, then be prepared to be out the rest of the game.

That works too! Lol. Whatever they want to do. As long as they disguise it as player safety reasons, it will probably pass. Is this a year for rules changes?

So the connection to JW is both phone numbers tied to the separate accounts end in 71? Or am I missing something else? The email addresses appear to be different. Seems like a stretch for an accusation, though I'd guess someone had a reason to look towards him?

I agree. I think he was framed

Read the following on Mankato, and college hockey, attendance.

    https://www.grandforksherald.com/sports/hockey/4827198-MSU-Mankato-is-winning-the-draw-on-college-hockey-attendance.-But-other-regional-teams-are-not

The author doesn't realize their own contradiction:

    • First, "Yay! Yay!" -- Mankato is up 355 per game average so far this season.
    • Then, SCSU and UMD are down.

But the author goes on to admit the following:

    • North Dakota has been 2 of the 10 Mankato home games so far.
    • North Dakota is yet to visit SCSU or UMD this season.

    So let's run Mankato's numbers:

    • So far, 4484 average through 10 games (44840 total).
    • North Dakota games were 4565 and 5038.
    • Take out the North Dakota games and their 8 game average is 4404.

Take out the North Dakota games and their pace is 275 more per game.  That's solid, but before getting too excited, let the full season play out.

That said, the author should've been making the "North Dakota" point: Get North Dakota into your barn more often as the visitor to help attendance. (The author sort of does by pointing out UND is yet to visit UMD or SCSU.)

Interesting....so on average, they have 275 fair weather fans show up. Lol

Well heck, the quad-fecta came home for Oakland in Week 16: Jets, Saints, Colts, Raiders all won (in must scenario).

Why not the Week 17 Raiders quin-fecta!: Raiders, Colts, Texans, Ravens, (one of Bears, Lions, Chiefs, Patriots).

As a Raider fan, I already know that all the right teams will win, EXCEPT the Raiders. Cuz that’s how they roll.

The claim last year is they were using up the in-stock inventory of numbering in the equipment room. Must be a lot of inventory.

That makes sense then. Can’t blame them for that. Hopefully they’re almost done with them. The small details are driving me crazy.

I can see it though as someway to keep part of the old name plus no one else has Fighting Hawks in DI. But I remember the hatred of the GF School Board people had when they announced the name was going to go. Larry Humble led the Redskins Forever effort. I bought Redskins gear from the school store before the change to hold onto the name before it was gone. I graduated as a Maroon and Grey as we were in the “cooling off period” (sound familiar). Knights was picked cause it was in the school song, no one cared if anyone else had the name locally (I heard Fisher has the same name). And to think that all started almost 30 years ago (1991), and yet Central is still winning titles as the Knights, and didn’t let a nickname/logo divide it’s students and be a talking point whether it’s social media, regular media, or word of mouth like UND and it’s nickname issue still is 7 years post Sioux.

To be fair, back then, there wasn’t social media. And not everyone was a keyboard warrior like they are nowadays. Seemed like people just kinda went along with things more then, than they do now.

  7. In 15-20 years,  we’ll get another upgrade and follow the recent fad of hockey arenas replacing the boards and glass with one giant video board. And you’ll watch the game on there.
