When do they normally release the roster for next year ?

I’ve posted numerous times that Berry is too nice and that made him a awesome assist. Coach and buffer between the head coach and players but he needs to not be everyone’s friend and be the head coach. Should Schmaltz get the ice time he gets , I don’t think so but he has been here three years do he needs to play according to Berry. He need s to put the best players in the best position to win not just what year your in.

I think Berry is a great guy but does he have the ability or the will to change ? Hasn’t shown that the last 6-7 years. You would thing he would be under pressure to preform he talks about the pressure to play here , what about coaching. He needs to build some positive culture and stop adding to the negative side.

You think people care, we win the regular season. The scary part is DU can bring almost the whole team back ,one of the youngest in the NCAA.

But now he can’t even win a post season game , they beat Omaha in St. Paul we play is Sioux Falls in front of a packed house full of UND fans. I think Berry is a great guy just not a good head coach (in the post season #penarose)

Shut them down. They should be ashamed of themselves.
But most of those teams have multiple wins in the post season unlike our favorite team. I have said this before I think Berry puts way to much emphasis on the regular season box checking and they have nothing left in the tank. Should worry about playing their best hockey when it counts. His record is his. He has changed assistants , players etc with same results.

Amazing what mid game adjustments can do , Berry is like a statue behind the bench. ( and not changing lines before a big game )

That list ideally, should be 2 or 3 deep (3rd being a FR that needs time to adjust). Schmaltz being on the PP / 3rd line compounded the issue. 1/3 of last year's roster essentially couldn't score.
IF, Berry goes down the middle like this, they are in a considerably better spot than last year.
1C - Berg
2C - Wilkie
3C - Jamernik
4C - Schmaltz
I would have Boisvert as third line center , with Jamernik and Strinden
