I received an email on the 15th that had the language below: For any canceled events: Due to the unprecedented volume of cancelations, please note that your account will be refunded within the next 14 - 21 days. If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally bought the tickets from Ticketmaster.

Are these still available? Also what format? I live in NE so would need something electronic
