White sauce. I use the cheap generic salad dressing not mircle whip or mayo but salad dressing not the whipped stuff. I use food club brand salad dressing and then a bunch of fine ground black pepper, a pinch of salt and 2% milk to make it flow

I use a pound of hamburger 2 tablespoons chilli powder, 2 tablespoons cumin, 1 teaspoon sea salt, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, half a large onion finley chopped , and 1.5 cooked cups of quick oats. Put onion in first with burger then the dry ingredients then add the oatmeal. That's how I do it and it's pretty close.

Red Sauce is a can of small tomato juice and 1.5 teaspoons of cayenne pepper. Then microwave it for 2 minutes then chill it.

All round horrible hockey. Did I see it wrong but 15 shots on net halfway through the 3rd. Come on man should have 15 shots in one period not 2 and a half

Hope that helps out. I've experimented with this recipe until I was finally happy with the 3 of them let me know what you think of it. And yes I did keep track of my measurements.
