I'm doing the same. At this point in my life, I'm not willing to waste my time, money or emotional capital on an athletic department that has shown zero interest in rising above mediocrity. There is no justification for this extension and it's just the latest in a series of questionable decisions under Chaves. Unfortunately, I don't believe it will make any difference if he leaves and they just promote from within since it's all the same philosophy.

It was a mix. The officiating left a lot to be desired. There was one abysmal call against us that was a block 100%. Mallory gave the refs an earful on that one and got an immediate makeup illegal screen call on the next possession. The other charges looked legit. A couple of the offensive fouls were illegal screens.
Overall, just a really poor performance by the team.

You are correct about that last year. The AD just takes a lot of heat on here, so I thought they deserved the shoutout.

Dakota Square has made some good choices to stay relevant (e.g. hotel with water park) over the years. They also benefited greatly when Target stayed in the mall rather than moving to a new building.

I'm so frustrated with myself for getting my hopes up every year. This team just never improves. Never takes the next step forward. In the end, getting into the playoffs is irrelevant. These coaches and players and not capable of winning in the playoffs.

There has been a common denominator on our Special Teams over the years. Through all the mistakes, Kostitch has been there. Not that I expect our head coach to make the necessary change.
