I think being in fcs you only want your coach there 5 years and spring board to fbs like bison coaches

While our Defense was clearly the weakest link.. Our offense was terrible against all decent teams except NDSU. The frustrating thing is that our offense had the template to win games this year (NDSU game plan) and Danny must have just been too bored with that.
Hopefully 2024 will be a better year.. Im not expecting much in the way of changes in the coaching staff.. hopefully we dont lose the OL coach as he seems to have some talent/recruiting ability. Somehow the defense has to get better and Im hoping for a change at QB and/or Danny is another year smarter. I think our Offense has a chance to be even better in 2024.. good OL.. good RB's.. (Ziebarth, Isaiah, Siedl) good WR's (Belquist, plenty of returners, redshirt freshmen (Tai, hakim)).. better QB.
Ol coach is only one improving olayers

Were we forced to pass? No beqcuse we were still getting 6 a carry

UND / Grand Forks isn’t going to attract a different tier of student-athlete overnight, but coaching caliber change is more achievable in the short-term.
The hope is the new facilities (Pollard Center phase II) will somehow instantly raise the level of athletes that come to Grand Forks. Need to be careful and temper the expectations with just that though.

I think we need to quit getting the inbred. A lot of the players that are coaching now weren’t on winning teams winning is everything.

How many NFL days has our offensive line coach produced? I hope Bubba gives him a raise. He’s the only one that’s improving his position and he has five guys he deals with instead of a linebacker coach that has two.
