I think we can all agree playing him is a huge risk, but I think its one we need to take at this point in the season. If they both come out on the very top of their games can't we all say that Frazee is better? I'm just assuming desperate times call for desperate measures, who knows, he could come out the Frazee of last year and dominate. Its almost like we know what we are going to get from Kangas, and thats 2 or 3 goals given up, which we can't really win with.

I still think Frazee gets a start one of the games this weekend, I'd guess Friday. If he sucks, then he's done for the season and then gone for the year. He needs to start though, at some point, he has WAY too much talent to just sit on the bench. When/If he gets his head on straight then he's still our best goalie, hands down. If he doesn't give up any soft goals from all the way down the rink or from the center line he still gives us the best chance to win.

You'd probably just get laughed at for having such a dumb shirt. Oh well, who cares.

Actually the chant "Sioux Yeah Yeah" takes the trophy. Nice try. I dont see the Sioux with any chants where the whole crowd does it and its that loud and well coordinated. Fail.

Anything easily removable will be stolen and passed around the student section, haha. The best playing Mankato when 2 people somehow got into the student section and thought it would be a good idea to be loud and proud with their 'kato gear. 2 lucky students ending up walking away with some hats, either that or they ended up in the garbage.

For whoever is sitting right in front of the student section, if you wear a hat or any sioux attire that is easily removable in reach of the nearest student, prepare to lose it, haha.

Haha that is true but hey its all about the quality of the chances and how the D and goalie are playing. Look at the Friday game @ the Ralph I'm just hoping that our D can not make stupid mistakes, because we've been giving up tons of shots lately. And even though some of those shots are garbage, we give up too many wide open from the slot, Kangas gets left out to try seemingly 5 times a game, point blank shots. Hoping the Carman-Flynn-Lucia line can keep up with the 2nd line of the Sioux, should be interesting to see the Carman line again after Saturday against Wisconsin, has a nice mix of speed and power. I think any Gopher fan can agree that Barriball needs to step his game back up and score some goals, Wheeler can't do it all.

Wouldn't be too worried about this series if I were you guys, correct me if I'm wrong but its hard to score goals if you don't shoot the puck at all, or when you do shoot it, its nowhere near the net. To add to that, isn't it hard to win if you cant score a goal? If we get a point I am happy, Kangas is going to have to steal a game for us to win. I'm hoping we can maybe get it going with the new lines from last weekend but that's probably being over optimistic. Looking forward to a fun series, see you there!
