I live in St. Paul with comcast the game will be on channel 692- the guide says its off air but I do currently have doug and frank telling me how mean the Sioux are going to be to the poor little gopher players

First of all I agree that one should be considerate to your seat neighbors. As a fan who gets quite into the games, sometimes standing up on exciting plays is not something I make a decision to do, it just happens. However, the game is still shown live on the GIANT videoboard is it not? Which is sometimes easier to watch for plays along the boards depending on you seat location. While I don't think that you should have to resort to looking up at the screen for the whole game, it is there to provide an additional viewpoint.

Well most of the student section never shows up and if they do its halfway through the game. Plus the band stopped playing the song that went with penalty cheer. And since the gophers can't score, the funnel cheer never gets done. Which all adds up to the games being very boring

Both of the two student sections are general admission so its pretty easy to sit there. the student section by the band fills up, however the student section on the opposite (East) end is mostly empty seeing as students don't show up until sometime into the 2nd period and hardly ever fills up. If you do standing room only I'd recommend showing up early.

I'd say we got lucky to pull out a tie tonight. Poor passing and too many turnovers

well the drum cadence that they are dancing to is old, the band has been doing it for years. The student section just finally caught on
