how do you post pics here?
Above the text box ^^^^^^^^ there is a picture icon. you click on it, and you have to type in the web address of the picture. You will have to save the picture somewhere online (photobucket is easiest, or facebook, or wherever) and put the web address to the picture. or you can pm me and email or text it to me, and i'll post it.

I know that is not true because dickin served the major the night before when blood got the major and he wasn't on the ice.
Correct. It's a bench penalty to be seved by any dressed player. I sent a tweet to Eades saying i'll suit up if they need added roster #'s and I could be great at serving bench minors.

Those are sweet, can I buy one at the game this weekend?
I do not think so as the group only got approval of selling them at the Union. They are also selling them all next week at The Memorial Union. I could see if we could bring a few to the games, but it won't be with a booth or anything.

In case anyone is interested. Taken from their event on facebook;
UND's Organizational Communication class is joining the fight to raise money for cancer. They will be selling t-shirts Monday, February 27- March 2 at the Memorial Union (10a-4p) to be worn at the UND Men's hockey game VS. Minnesota State Mankato on Friday, March 2 and Saturday, March 3. T-Shirts will cost $10.00 per shirt and UNDSTRONG bracelets will be available for purchase for $2.00. You will also be able to purchase a raffle tickets for $1.00 per ticket for a chance to win prizes from area businesses.
Here is a picture of the shirts. Just letting everyone know if you want to help out and wear Yellow this weekend. Go Sioux!!

Ok, so it seems like the REA Sioux Shop had to toss a lot of their inventory due to smoke damage. Any word on any "smoke sale" or something along those line. I feel bad if they have to destroy all those jerseys...

I am pretty sure I was having a tug of war with you and finally decided it wasn't worth ripping a jersey and getting arrested by the 4 cops standing right there. Can't believe I let go after being 2nd in line in the doorway where they entered. espeically since the 3 people nearest me all got one. I was so pissed. I have followed him since going to the Joe Louis Arena and watching the Sioux win the Frozen Four in 1987 as a kid! Anyone know where I can get Belfour to sign a jersey? If you weren't the guy, sorry, but I am pretty sure you were the one that came up from behind me and grabbed it and wouldn't let go after I already had it in my hands!
lol, nope not me. I got there pretty early, hung around the sioux shop before warmups, checked out what they looked like during warmups and then walked into the sioux shop to see how the thing was gonna go. ended up being maybe 10-15 back from the "front" . didnt get my hands on one, but my dad did and walked it back to me, and thats how i got one. I like the jersey, but i agree its not worth a tug of war for.

I mean, can anyone in the student section nowadays say what the Mickey Mouse chant is? The Black Hole Chant? The Cheerleader Spell Out chants (though these are somewhat edgy in content)? and the list goes on.

We need to find a way to get the old ones back. They are edgy, they take some skill (which our student section lacks now), and its 100 times better than just saying "F the ___". I wish the refs still had the nameson the back, because i loved the "Anderson.......Anderson.....sucks s___"
But we have nothing to call our own..... yet. We need to get something that can go on year after year, and it will catch on more every year. Nothing better than dancing in the stands to Tequila, or a speed up-slow down-seperating wave. That takes skill. We need something along those lines.

Out off all Six jerseys (3 mens and 3 womens white, black and green) the only one that was done right was the womens black jersey. The womens white looks a little colosseum-ish to me. The womens green looks good but a little plain.

The best jerseys in town as of right now.
The mens white the front looks ok, too much white detail on a white jersey, but not bad. the mens green i'm on the wall about, i'm gonna hafta see what it looks like with a name and number on it. The mens black is the best looking of the 3, but still lacks a little extra to me. the "reebok" on the front should have been moved off to the side with "wcha" on the opposite side. then the "sioux" could have been moved up and given a little space between the sioux and the logo, and maybe then it would appear bigger. the shoulder patch would look much better green with black and white accent, like the ND was in the geometric jerseys. even if the shoulder patch was black liek the previous, it would have been better than the white. I guess I'm partial for the color layers to match, like they most of them have;

Great writeup! All respect goes out to the Red Raider fans, they put on quite a show. I was stationed down in S. Georgia for 4 months and had the opportunity to take in the Gator Bowl between Texas Tech and Virginia in Jacksonville. Great turnout by the fans of Texas Tech, their fans won me over before the game even started, and I was wearing red before the 2nd quarter. They played one exciting game, with making quite a turnaround and winning it at the very end. Texas Tech is ok in my book, way to be classy Red Raider Nation.
