Well I drove by the stadium and it looks like they are ripping up the turf. Are they replacing it for this season? Are they gonna finally replace it with fieldturf? You think they woudl have done the Alerus first, just kinda caught my eye when I saw the field torn up like that.

Well we'll be there setting up and stuff.... But you won't be getting any free food without the new 07-08 membership cards
Can we pick-up said cards at the game?

The new look of the site looks awesome!! The logo is sweet, and so are the arrowheads!

What are you in for? My wife was at Glynco for 3 weeks and hated it with a passion. At least you will be down there in the winter.
3 weeks, thats not bad at all. I will be there for 15 weeks for Customs and Border Protection.

exactly..free and easy
Thats what I did. I zoomed in on my jersey to get the logo as my cell phone background. Worked perfect and it was free. As for ringtones it might be a little harder, but I think Northern Ohio uses the same fight song as we do (or very close, thats what I used in NCAA football for my created team) so that can help expand your options.

Buy and install an FTA KU band satellite system and point it at the 93W satellite (no other way to get the Sioux in Georgia), or, buy Sioux Xtra and watch all the games on satellite on streaming video via the internet. Sounds like you're headed to spend with winter living with the sand fleas at FLETC (Glynco),
Sounds like I'll get the Sioux Xtra, thanks for the link! And yes, I'm gonna be in Glynco for the FLETC until Jan 30th.

Hi,
I will have to be in Georgia for federal training from September until January and I wanted to know what options are out there on getting to watch Sioux Hockey. I should have internet access, but I am unsure what type of cable TV will be available. Couldn't be worse timing seeing I basically miss most of the season with season tickets. Thanks to anyone who can help.

Well in my opinion (because I never say Hrkac play, wasn't alive) here would be my top:
I can't remember who exactly were official linemates, but you can prolly tell where I'm going with it.
Bull Armbrust Blake Hoogsteen (both) Panzer Kallay , etc...
What can I say, I'm hooked on the 97 season. It was the only season that I didn't miss a game, and had some crazy games and the occasional stomping ( like a 12+ goal game with 70+ shots on net). So basically any line from that season would be my pick.

I've got a 1994 program here, shows Kevin Powell as #1, Toby K was 35, Lembke 31, Todd Jones, #29.
Some other names in there that brought back memories, Darren Bear, Akil Adams, Scotty Kirton, Kevin Hoogsteen, Mark Pivetz...
I was looking for my Aaron Schweitzer pic can't remember his number, but did get to watch him play in the Minors with the Colorado Springs GOld Kings before it folded...fighting league...
PS - 1994 uniforms - Blackhawk logo, and I wish I would have bought a dozen of the damn things.
Thanks for that info, it must have went "north dakota", then blackhawk, then geometrical, now new logo.

During what years did they wear the plain "North Dakota" jersey?
Must be early/ mid 90's. I think it was in between the Blackhawk jerseys and the geometric jerseys. Rough guess would be 91-94, give or take a few years.

Vickar? Toby was 35.
I know Vickar was #1, but I wasn't sure if he was around when they wore the "North Dakota" style jersey's. I can only remember him in the Geometric style jersey. If anybody else knows or has ideas, just shoot names out that wore #1 back then.

Anybody know who wore #1 back when the Sioux had the plain "North Dakota" jersey?
