    Anyone watching the post game of the Gopher game? Good grief...how long does this go on? They had two announcers out on the ice analyzing the goals....the game has been over about 20 minutes now...is this the norm?

    Am a huge Packer fan and having watched one of the best, Brett Favre go thru a ton. Jason is of the character of Brett and I think he'll turn it into a positive and be awesome.

    OMG You've been a member since April 07??? Well helllllo sista!!

    Hopefully Jason's dad (Rick) is still reading this board from time to time and will pass on our thoughts and prayers to the entire family. It has been good to read about Jason's positive attitude, but tears welted up for me as I'm sure did for others when he spoke of the family! He will get through this -- we love ya man!!!!

    People at hockey games who tell you how to sit in your own seat. For example, two of us went to the hockey game and the guy behind my friend told him to sit down lower in his chair because he felt his head was too big to see around it. Now c'mon, seriously, can that really be? Also the people next to you in the center rows that tell you to sit back when you are barely leaning forward to see the other end of the rink during the action.

    Drivers who move to the other lane with less traffic only to try and squeeze back in when they need to turn onto the ramp on interstate.

    The pop distributor in grocery stores that turns the 12 pk box upside down from the handle! (that would be my sisters actually!)

    Last but not least....stupid people piss me off!

    My son and a friend traveled to Hutchinson, MN for a wedding last weekend. On Friday night in a town near the cities (I forget which) he ran into a gal that is a friend of his from Hoople, ND. Turns out she is Zach Parise's girlfriend. She invited them over to his house for breakfast that next morning. So, of coarse, they went. Zach wasn't home because he had some hockey camp or something at Shattuck that weekend. While at breakfast my son and his friend told her what a huge Sioux hockey fan I am, so she asked for our address and said she'd have Zach autograph a picture for me. A little while ago, while I was mowing my lawn, the UPS man stopped and handed me this big long box. My son had told me to expect my Father's Day present , but I was mystified because it said "Easton" on the box. Being he's a bowhunting nut, I thought maybe it was a new bow. Low and behold, when I opened it up, it was a game taped hockey stick autographed by Zach Parise! Only then did I check out the sender's address on the box. Sure enough. It turns out that a few days after the weekend, they called and asked if, instead of a picture, did he think I'd like an autographed stick instead. My son said, "Like it? He'll s***!" I think I did...........that was a wondrful thing for them to take time to do.

    That is very cool -- love to hear these stories from the former players...they never forget where they came from!!

    That you can actually see & HEAR the game

    I have been to several places here & Fargo but the sound is terrible

    Just talked to Hooligans -- they will have sound!

    We were able to book a table too so give them a call! 373-0770

    Hooligan's sounds like the best place to watch it. However, I don't want to jinx the team by switching up locations. Went to BWW for the last two wins.

    I just think BWW will be so packed that I won't get in so thinking about heading to either O'Leary's (formerly Sioux player's relatives) or Hooligan's.

    If the Sioux pull off a win Thursday, AZSIOUX is going to find some BC fans and ease their pain by taking a ticket or two off their hands...and I'll be making a last-second road trip!

    The same idea keeps popping in my head too...we will be in Minneapolis Friday and it will be very tempting to head south from there!!! My parents are there and they are best friends with AZSioux's grandpa so I KNOW he would be finding me a ticket quickly!!! I've been to the last 2 frozen fours and it burns not to be there tonight....trust me!

    C'mon Sioux!
