    OK I hate to be the insensitive one, while I hope for his speedy recovery, i am having a hard time feeling sorry for his team and fans. At the Final Five when Bina got his neck broken there were some goof fans around me that said good and clapped about it. Since then I have seen other goof fans say pretty much the same thing. While I feel for Tom Pohls family and for him. I have no sympathy for there fans, too many of them were rude and total dinks about Bina.

    I make take some heat by my comments, but at a time like this for the Pohl family, you obviously never learned that one never stoops to another's level and it is more important to take the high road. Your comments were very insensitive and I am embarrassed that you call yourself a Sioux fan. I would hope that you retrack your comments in this thread and look in a mirror and decide if it was really necessary to make such a statement and if you feel so much better for it. Enough said.

    i thoguht they were very good the whole game. when kozek scored he raised his voice in excitement actually. check the video thread to hear them. all they did was compliment the ralph over and over and were very non homer announcers. refreshing compared to any other announcer in the wcha. they called it like it was for both sides.

    Hey Ryan, I hear thru the grapevine that you forgot to call Grandma and let her know it was on tv in AZ...she had to listen to it on the radio...bad, grandson, bad bad bad. I'll let your grandpa know tonight!!!! lol

    We take the bus from the Holiday Inn. It's perfect because the kids like to play a few games in the pool area and we get to get a few toddies in before the game. The bus is free, they drop you at the front door and pick up the same place. Can't beat it!

    I didn't see the 1st period, but from what little I read out here it seemed pretty good. What happened? The Sioux look uninspired, un-enthusiastic, flat-footed...what's the deal? This looks horrible.

    I actually like these Denver announcers. They're not too homer-ish, they call the game well, and actually sound excited even when the opponents score. There's not much that annoys me more than announcers who barely even say anything when the something good for the opponents happens.

    I was just thinking the same thing...they have been very complimentary of the facilities and our program...nice to hear for a change!
