All I can say is good luck with your defense in the court of public opinion.

    Thanks

Then NDSU still hired and provided banned substances to player(s) on the football team.

Robbins ran out of his special juice so he borrowed his football player buddy who got it from Newman.

The NCAA won't care if it was the player banned or not in their investigation.

You've been reading Bisonville, I don't think they are close yet on who and what.

You want quotes?  Did you even bother to read the article?  You can choose like the rest of turdnation to stick your head in the sand.  I however prefer to bask in Robbins' multiple statements that expose what is going on at ndsu.  Below are a couple exact quotes from the article written on January 30th.

His mother, Lori Robbins, said a “trusted program staff member” provided a pre-workout powder that contained an illegal substance or substances.

The university denies the supplement came from a staff member.

NDSU athletic director Matt Larsen said Robbins “got it from another student-athlete.” He didn't elaborate.

Still reads to me, that the staff member did not directly hand the substance to Robbins, but it was provided by the staff member.  That makes Larsen and Lori Robbins correct.

Think what you want, young Aggie. Your bias and ignorance is what is truly evident here.

NDSU got caught doing some shady stuff. It is what it is. Really typical of that program and not unexpected.

I've heard most of the story, and I'm not going to repeat any of it until it comes out from either Robbins or NDSU.

Larsen also said it was supplied by a student athlete.  The Robbins family disagrees and former NDSU players were very quick to point out a coaching staff member supplied it.

If Larsen blatantly lied about that, what else is he covering up about the program??  Whether he said it or a lawyer wrote it, NDSUs name is behind it.

He didn't say it was supplied by a student athlete, said he got it from a student athlete, who may have passed it down the line to Robbins, from the original staff member.

Plenty of quotes from the Robbins(s), you must have missed it.

I would say Larsen's quotes were written my lawyers, Robbins family not so much, even though Grandpa is a lawyer.

You potentially have an AD that lies to cover up who knows what and a coaching staff willing to throw one of their players under the bus to cover their distribution of PEDs to players

    Yup, nothing to see here.

My view from reading everything and working with legal beagles every day, is that it was not given to Robbins as a "supplement", or it was not labeled by the NCAA as a supplement.  Larsen said the staff does not supply supplements.  I've heard a lot of rumors, and until there is more evidence or a quote by a NDSU or a Robbins, they are just rumors.

Exactly why I didn't explain it to you either, young Bison.

Maybe that pre workout roid mix you're taking is clouding your judgement still.

I see the attempt at a joke, weak, but still an attempt on your part.  Keep trying buddy, I'm rooting for you.

You are correct sir.  Home playoff games are earned during the regular season.

..........and if you don't get a seed, you can buy a first round home game.

  10. The Bison will control the clock (35+ min of possession), run the ball right up the middle at will (the Bison will run for 300+ yards) and Wentz will pick apart an overmatched defense for 250 yards and 3 scores.  Bubba doesn't have any answers unless he can play 14 guys and he knows this.  Our defense will be fine.  Weber State isn't a great team by any means and they scored on a special teams play and abused a true freshman (Grimsley) on a long pass play.  Weber managed just over 100 yards against the Bison without that 70 yard pass play.  The QB for UND will have to win the game and he absolutely doesn't have the ability to do that.  The Sue are completely in over their heads and will be physically dominated.

A play here, a play there, next thing you know it's a close game or loss.  Bias aside, Bubba is a good coach.

  11. 2003 Bison were coming off a big win in Montana to start the season and loss to UND at the end finished their playoff hopes.  Yes the Montana game was not worth enough points in the BS point system that existed in DII at the time.  This year the Bison are coming off a loss to Montana with a young defense that has been prone to giving up some big pass plays.  Bubba ain't no dummy, he knows how to beat NDSU.  I see UND  coming out fired up and playing a great game, with Bubba saving some big plays for the end of the game if it's close.  Should be a Bison win, but anything can happen in this game.  Too bad it's just a OOC game though, not as much meaning as the old days.

  12. Izzo predicted 10-2 and 3-9.  If the Bison get home field with that record, They could win a couple, depending on when they would play a team like UNI or EWU.  I'm not sure I see a 10-2 record though, and take the under.

  13. A neutral site game is a very interesting idea and one that should be explored.  It would make tons of money for both schools and it would give alumni who live outside of the immediate Red River Valley region a chance to watch their team live and in person.  It would also solve the issue of where the game(s) should take place.

At a $30 a head sellout, the take would be over a million to pay rent and split the difference.

  14. Couldn't agree more - the only difference is that I think this should be reason for Faison to go if it happens. Your description of the 2 away games is spot on.

If they are going to play the game, it needs to be in a bigger stadium.  Target Field, TCF Bank etc., could easily be filled by the number of Twin Cities fans for both Universities.  Otherwise, you could charge $100 per seat and sellout the Alerus   Many Bison fans that got shutout for season and single game tickets would jump at that price.
