Back to back minor league champions. This is like comparing the AHL championship to the Stanley Cup. Well the Bison are still trying to run with the big dogs even though they are still pissing like a puppy.
Exactly. The D1 championship will be on national tv (not espn2) this Monday. Cant wait for it!!!!

Additionally, it's nice to get another of the local/regional kids (Poolman, Johnson, Thompson, LaDue, etc., and now Poganski) versus the guys UND has had de-commit recently, i.e. Matteau, Koules, Lemieux, Miller.

Just saying that a feature of Hat's teams is that they coast until January - I can understand when some teams need to work out chemistry etc and jell later, but almost every Hak coached team under performs until the second half - Although it is nice to see the second half surge, It would be nice to get it done from start to finish. I can't believe that we have to start over every year. We have enough returners to understand his system this year.
Like the other teams that win national titles!!.........Right?

Summerhays was hot til the very end. All I'm saying is this team will be ok. No, you can't always rely on a second half surge, but with the talent on this team, I will be surprised if they are not in the mix come March

second half runs are not a given. have they fortunate to have done it each of the last 8 years-yes. one of these years it won't happen and we will be sitting at home after the WCHA playoffs. however it is utterly ridiculous to put yourself in a position where you have to go on a second half run every season. parity will catch up with us one of these years.
Neither are splits on the road against one of the hottest teams in the cuntry.

Give the boys time. I am happy with the split. You guys that are acting like c#nts don't come back here beating your chest when the Sioux come on in the second half!!!
