More opportunity for UND. Doctor shortage by 2030 to be as high as 100,000. Did they build it big enough? Opportunity for others?
My wife worked for Neurosurgeon Danial Schmelta at Altru. Great man gave us hockey tickets many times.It takes a lot of dedication to see patients all day then be on call for emergency’s your whole career.

If I only had 100 Million Dollars. Watching news listening to radio is the only way I get info. I talk to no one leave my number online not one call. What does that say about me..Ha The news story that caught my eye this week was the pilot shortage coming up.
Aircraft Manufacturer Boeing estimates 17000 more pilots needed over the next 2 decades. I hear we’re full. With my 100 Mil. There would be 3, 4, 5 times the number of students here training to be pilots. Hugh new training facilities and dorms.
Pilot shortage do what they did with nursing at SU. Say we have a pilot shortage we need new facilities to meet the needs. Why havn’t we heard about expanding Aerospace? UNDs enrollment could go up maybe 2000 or more. Buts in the seats economic development.
Next I’d build a Drone Park. Best money could buy first class. And after that Phase 2.
Are there people cities in ND looking to build there own Aerospace School knowing about the upcoming pilot shortages? New Drone Park, Law School, Med School.
If Grand Forks doesn’t step up and dream big Grand Forks will not be in the top 5 cities in population in 20 years maybe less. When Minot passes Grand Forks the Champagne will be toasted by our State Leaders. Bismarck got us Minots next.

Talked to someone at Altru this morning. Emailed someone at Engelstad Foundation. Left a message on manager of Rydells phone this AM. I left one message GF should control it's own destiny and build it's own Drone Park. GFs biggest opportunity in city's history.

Ya you could be right I believe other country's send people to be trained at our military bases. How can a Drone Park be built fo GF. How to get it done is the question. Drones are a once in a century opportunity for GF. And the County State Park is not going to add to our sales tax collection. What they did was beat GF and private business to the punch. They control everything in GF. And this is about as good an example as you can get. Question for you how much hatred is there for GF out there. And when is Fargo going to break ground on their Drone Park.

Fiscal mismanagement with our leaders in GF. UND now the school board should we be surprised. More of the same. Build a Drone Park!

A federal judge says it appears the political fight over the University of North Dakota's Fighting Sioux nickname is over and has thrown out a lawsuit by six American Indian students at UND.
The suit was filed last year after the state Legislature passed a law requiring the school to keep the nickname. The law was later repealed, but retirement of the logo was put on hold when a group of nickname supporters put the issue to a statewide vote.
March 9 18 Ralph Erickson the judge who ruled against the 6 American Students over the Sioux Nickname was promoted to 8th Circuit Federal Judge. Watching the TV clip that day made me think where have I heard that name before. Google search brings you to that decision. Coincidence Ralph Erickson and Ralph Engelstad are both born in Theif River Falls.
Reading Erickson’s ruling on this lawsuit the 6 Students never stood a chance. Quote

Congress Peterson issued a statement about the latest corespondent from the FM Diversion leaders to the Minnesota DNR. He said he is skeptical the DNR will issue a diversion permit.
Fargo leaders may be or are waiting to run out the clock with Gov. Dayton. Tim Pawlenty if elected will be much easier to work with. In the Bank?
it’s really hard to read these guys do they really want to spend up to 4 Billion. If it’s OPM maybe.
