I have tried both IE and firefox, chrome isn't an option since my computer won't download it.

I have an up scroll arrow, but no down scroll arrow. I have tried it on two computers, and two internet browsers. Same thing on both.

well, I am attempting to watch the big sky on the second computer. The first one doesn't have a wide enough screen evidently since I couldn't see the interlocking nd to click on it.
